Terms And Conditions

Eligibility Requirements

To serve at the Feast of Tabernacles, you must:

· Be at least 18 years of age

· Have made a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord

· Be willing to accept the spiritual cover and practical leadership of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) and its designated Feast leadership during the season of your service

Financial Responsibilities

You must:

· Pay for your own transportation to Jerusalem (flights to/from Israel and airport transportation)

· Pay the required Team Member Fee to help cover accommodation costs while in Jerusalem

· Accept responsibility for your own personal expenses during your stay

· Arrange travel and medical insurance coverage prior to arrival in Israel

IMPORTANT: Without proof of adequate medical insurance coverage for your time in Israel, you cannot participate as a Feast Team Member.

Important Notice

Israeli government regulations may change at any time, and the ICEJ may need to adjust the Feast according to governmental restrictions.

If you are accepted to serve as a Feast Team Member and are planning your flight to Israel, please select the airline’s Refund Option when booking your flight reservation.

The ICEJ is NOT responsible for flight costs.

If Team Member fees have been paid and you are unable to travel due to governmental travel restrictions, the ICEJ will refund your Team Member fee according to the refund policy only.

Important Information

Some departments have multiple arrival days according to team member availability and department needs

· Team members MUST be available to serve the entire period allocated to their team

· NO late arrivals or early departures will be allowed

Team Member Terms

Team Member Responsibilities

If accepted to serve at the Feast, you agree:

· To be in Jerusalem on the date of your commitment

· To fulfill all duties required by your position for the duration of the Feast

· To remain until the LAST EVENT of the Feast has taken place

· To serve on Jewish holidays if required

· To vacate your lodging on the designated date unless otherwise arranged with the Housing Department

Virtual Team Members

Virtual Team Members agree:

· To complete all assignments by the due dates given by the Team Leader

· To treat the position with the same seriousness as an in-person role

· To be available for training as early as September 1

· To be available according to assigned work shifts

There are no fees to virtually volunteer for the 2026 Feast of Tabernacles.

As remuneration, virtual volunteers will receive free access to the 2026 Feast platform for 3 months after the Feast.

Photography / Videography Policy

Attendees and participants in worship gatherings or events with the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem (ICEJ) may be photographed or videoed for use in ICEJ promotional materials.

By entering this area, you grant the ICEJ and its representatives the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos in which you may appear for editorial, trade, advertising, and lawful purposes in any medium and in perpetuity.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee deducted from the total amount paid.

FULL REFUND EXCEPTIONS

A 100% refund (no cancellation fee) will only be issued in the following circumstances:

· Officially declared war in Israel resulting in a nationwide legal prohibition on entry into Israel

· Official denial of entry by Israeli immigration authorities despite full compliance with entry requirements

All claims require official written proof and are subject to review and final approval by the ICEJ Finance Department.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
